Think Success UK Ltd will provide bespoke training for your Midday Assistants to ensure they have the correct skills to enable them to deal with challenging behaviour, communicate with pupils in a positive and effective manner and turn “playtime” into a valuable experience for all pupils.

This is taught from 9.30am to 11.30am then from 1.30pm to 2.30pm on both days, with additional time spent with Midday Assistants during their duty within the dining room and the playground.
Carole or one of her trainers will accompany your Midday Assistants during their work time in the dining hall and in the playground on both days, joining them for their break time and discussing with them their specific issues and concerns.
Carole or one of her trainers will spend time with your Midday Assistants on both days talking them through the rights and responsibilities of being a MDA in a school, and how to get the most out of their time with the pupils in an effective and productive way. This will cover relationships, communicating with other adults as well as children, and using enhanced observation skills in a large open area.
The cost of the complete 2 day course is £900.00, with the opportunity to purchase specific training for Midday Assistants’ Supervisors on a consultancy basis.
